Welcome to the Downing Hill blog and allow us to introduce ourself – we recently opened a garden studio on Greenville Ave. in Dallas, Texas. The purpose of these postings is to share with you our observations of new merchandise in the shop – and sometimes we'll post notes about what is going on in our garden – or the neighborhood, for that matter.


We have been open for just over a week and already we have met some fine folks dropping in to say hello and pick up a few Christmas gifts. In just a short time, we can tell the neighborhood has welcomed us with open arms.

Our goal at Downing Hill is to create a place where our customers can come in for inspiration and find new ideas for their gardens. So, check back with us from time to time to see what is going on our garden studio and we look forward to any comments you would like to share with us, too.
